Terms of Use
Last updated: July 12, 2026
By using this site you agree to the following. It is short, and it is written to be read.
1. What this site is
The Ingredient Brief publishes general information about supplement labels, ingredients and the quality of published evidence. It is not medical advice and not a substitute for it — see our Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
2. We are not the seller
We do not sell, manufacture, ship, bill for, or support any product mentioned here. Purchases are made from third-party sellers, on their websites, under their terms, and are processed by their payment providers. Refunds, guarantees, delivery and customer service are matters between you and the seller. Where we describe a seller's guarantee we are reporting their stated policy at the time of writing; they can change it, and you should read the current terms on the order page before buying.
3. Advertising and affiliate links
Some pages are advertising and contain affiliate links, from which we earn a commission at no extra cost to you. They are labelled as advertising at the top of the page and next to each link. See our Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure.
4. Accuracy, and its limits
We take care to be accurate and we correct errors when they are pointed out. But labels change, prices change, guarantees change, and research advances. Information here is provided as-is, without warranty, and you should verify anything that matters to your decision — particularly price, ingredients and refund terms — directly with the seller before you buy.
5. Your decisions are yours
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from any purchase you make from a third party. Nothing here overrides your statutory rights, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Intellectual property
The written content on this site is ours. Quote it, link to it, argue with it — but do not republish it wholesale as your own. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners and are used to identify their products.
